Refund policy

Ellips Bali has a 14-day right of return, which means that you have 14 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, Ellips Bali will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions.

The customer pays for the return shipping.

My item is damaged. What should I do?

Please unbox the package then you can contact us via email, We will review the details and offer the best solution to resolve your query, or please leave the package as it is and contact the post office in charge.

You must email us within 7 days of receiving products at then return the damaged item to us if it’s not explained to you otherwise.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll let you know. We'll inspect the product for any damage or signs of use. After inspection, we'll share the status of your refund or ship the replacement with you immediately.  

If your return is approved, you'll receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Ellips Bali reserves the right to change and update this return policy at any time.

Shipping Information

- Economy or Standard Shipping Services it will be delivered by air Registered Mail.

Reference delivery time: Approximately 1 to 3 weeks after shipment * Tracking is possible, compensation insurance is available.

* Total product weight (including packaging) is up to 2kg. Since there may be delays in tracking confirmation, etc., we recommend it to those who can wait patiently. If you have any concerns, please use Express Mail Services.

- Express Mail Services or DHL it will be delivered by EMS (international express mail).

Reference delivery date: 4 to 8 days after shipment * Trackable, liability insurance included.

*Total product weight (including packaging) up to 30kg

For International Buyers

TRACKING: All orders are traceable through your local post tracking service with your tracking number provided and a signature is required on all deliveries. If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered successfully, we will not accept cases or disputes raised.

IMPORTANT DUTIES NOTE: International buyers – please note: Import duties, VAT, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Declaration Notices on parcels cannot be declared at a lower value. All orders will be declared at cost price.

South America, Brazil, Israel & Remote Area Delivery Times: For deliveries to Brazil please allow up to 3 months due to local customs delays, and regular postal strikes.

India: Please allow up to 3 weeks for India Post to deliver your parcel.

Please note that we are unable to ship items to the following countries: France, Germany, Italy & Monaco.***
